Ruth assists private and commercial clients with a broad range of property and conveyancing matters, including residential and commercial transactions, retail and commercial leasing, mortgages, caveats, securities and business transfers, including in specialised industries such as pharmacies and hotels.

She regularly acts on complex transactions, including assisting insolvency practitioners with property searches and investigations, caveat lodgements, transmission applications and property sales.

In addition to her conveyancing & transactions practice, Ruth also works closely with the firm’s recoveries & litigation team on property-related disputes and enforcement strategies.

Ruth began her legal career in 2006, supporting solicitors acting in litigation, employment law and conveyancing matters. She holds an unrestricted conveyancing licence granted by NSW Fair Trading and completed the Conveyancing Law and Practice Program at Macquarie University in 2011, where she was awarded the Dale Turner Prize (Dux) for achieving first place academically.

Ruth is known for her practical approach, attention to detail and commitment to providing clients with clear guidance and effective solutions throughout each stage of a transaction.
